Creations3D, provided by AppAgentic, processes account details, uploaded images, prompts, generated models, billing references, device and usage information to provide, secure and improve the service. We rely on contract to provide accounts, generation and purchases; legitimate interests to secure and maintain the service; legal obligations for financial records; and consent where required for optional advertising measurement.

We use service providers for authentication, hosting and databases, file storage, payment processing, AI services, email, support, analytics and advertising measurement. AI service providers process the content needed to fulfill a generation request. We do not sell your prompts or account data.

Our bot-verification service processes device and connection data to prevent abuse, subject to its privacy addendum.

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Where enabled, analytics and advertising measurement connect visits and purchases to campaigns using click identifiers and usage events. Where the law requires consent, we only use advertising cookies if you agree. Browser Global Privacy Control is respected for optional measurement.

We retain content and account data while needed to provide the service and handle support; financial and security records may be retained longer as required by law or for legitimate security needs. You can delete models from your library. Contact us to delete your account. Some backups and legally required records may remain for a limited period.

Our service providers may process data internationally with appropriate safeguards. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner. The service is not intended for children under 18.
